Are the bases incorporated into the box volume and if or not, how much volume? FLAT black? Say it isn't so. Grand Piano Gloss Black Lacquer surely.

Hmm, please be cautious with power, the vents are way too large for even a 15" driver, especially in an acoustically small cab, so tuning will be very high.

Nicely done! Did I miss the cubic volume of those boxes? I've found the 604s I have don't sound half bad in the 828s that they came in. And of course, the vent size is about half of what your showing there....
